HUAWEI BAN IN US-NOW WHAT'S THE PRESENT AND FUTURE OF HUAWEI...

HUAWEI BAN IN US-NOW WHAT'S THE PRESENT AND FUTURE OF HUAWEI...

Huawei is a Chinese tech giant with its revenue over 105.9Billion (in 2018). Huawei is the world's second largest smartphone makers. But recently the United States has banned Huawei from making any business deal with its country. So, now Huawei is barred from Google updates. So from now, Huawei will not have any software update by Google. So how this happened???

Late January saw the US Justice Department unsealed indictments that included 23 counts pertaining to the alleged theft of intellectual property, obstruction of justice and fraud related to its alleged evasion of US sanctions against Iran.

The core issue with Huawei has been concerned about its coziness with the Chinese government and fears that its equipment could be used to spy on other countries and companies. It's the reason why the US banned companies from using Huawei networking equipment in 2012 and the company was added to the US Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security Entity List on May 15, following an executive order from President Donald Trump effectively banning Huawei from US communications networks.

Over the last few months, there's been an upswing in the scrutiny of Huawei, with a number of countries banning the use of its networking equipment. That's why its smartphones are virtually invisible despite its massive presence around the world.

EFFECTS:

As Huawei has been banned for having any trade relationships with any US company.

Firstly you won't be able to run any app from Google like Play Store, Youtube, Chrome browsers, Gmail and much more in the future. But still, those people who bought or the unit which has already made they will still run Android. Your Google apps will run but the only problem will be that you won't get any update from Google

Secondly, Huawei phones will no longer receive updates from companies like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat as they all are American companies.

Huawei won't be able to sell their product in Amazon or in Flipkart(as it is owned by American company Walmart)

Huawei has been making a laptop, which was good. It's tough for them as they won't be able to collaborate with Nvidia and Microsoft.

This ban can affect Huawei products as they have been barred from using Intel and Qualcomm processors.

So, what will do or is doing??

Recently there was a report stating that Huawei actually had started working on their own custom Operating System(which is rumored to be named 'Hongmeng') much like Samsung, Oppo, and Xiaomi as they came to know that they cannot completely rely on Google services.

But here they won't be able to run the popular Google Play Store and they must make their own app store.

This won't guarantee any popularity among the people

because they would lack some popular apps.

Also, Huawei builds and use their own manufactured 'KIRIN' chips for their own smartphones.

Also, Huawei is in lots of other business activities like providing network equipment, dongles, and many consultancies. So they can survive this ban if they focus on these products or go for acquisitions as they have billion of money in their treasure chests

Or else they can negotiate with the American Government again to lift their ban.

Also, Huawei built at least a three-month stockpile ahead ban

But whatsoever, Huawei was a competitor to other smartphones which was indirectly for us a big advantage. It's really somber.
